A company presentation serves the primary purpose of persuading potential clients of the validity of products and/or services being offered. It is therefore both a useful marketing tool and a sales support tool. This is why it must be developed according to precise marketing criteria and communication style. It can be self-standing  (to be posted on Internet sites) or built to support a speaker.

Presentation structure

A basic slide set that can be accompanied by a slide appendix with product details (to be used as needed). The number of slides depends on the quantity of products/services and the level  of detail requested.

Development Process

• First initial contact by phone to define the project (scope, material available,  emphasis, style…)
• Price quote sent
• Confirmation and delivery of necessary materials (text, logos, images, etc.)
• Second phone contact to validate the choice of content to be used in the presentation
• Presentation delivery via e-mail
• One round of revisions/changes and delivery of final version, in PowerPoint and PDF formats.

Versions

1. Basic structure in English or Italian, to support a speaker
2. Self-standing presentation in English or Italian with or without audio, ready for loading and viewing on the Internet  (also see podcast development)
